Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to courier capacity, extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or other events outside our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping may be free for certain products or promotional periods. The shipping cost applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of checkout.
All orders are delivered on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. The full order amount must be paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount available, as couriers may not always carry change.
By placing an order, you commit to being available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel. If delivery is not successful after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and additional fees may apply.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the courier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@gigamarkit.com.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@gigamarkit.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee amendments once the order has been dispatched.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or accept it with written reservations noted on the courier’s delivery receipt, and contact us immediately at info@gigamarkit.com with photos of the damage.
If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
